C. A. Elliott – January 17, 1893

Mr. Elliott has done no business for 15 months. He has become a traveling “evangelist”. He is not providing for his family. Charlotte has decided they must do for themselves. She wants to teach dressmaking but needs a deposit of $3 to get started. She is asking Levi for a loan of the money.
