This picture of the hotel clearly shows the railroad tracks crossing Main Street.
The Hotel Realty was built in 1912. The building was 60 by 100 feet. There were 38 hotel rooms on the second and third floors and 5 stores on the first floor. The top floor was destroyed by fire in 1928 and never replaced. The second floor was then converted to apartments. The rest of the building burned in 1975.
